When placing your order, please ensure your order quantities are correct as returns will not be accepted without the prior agreement of the seller.

EXCHANGES

We will only accept returns on the basis that the implants and components will be exchanged on a like for like basis. The implants and components will be accepted for exchange as long as they are in the original sealed package (undamaged, unmarked or unopened) and in date.
